Michael Kobold explains, "There are numerous finishing materials we use to meet the budgets of clients who want to gain more space in their back yard. Say a client wants a retaining wall faced with flagstone, but their budget doesn't allow for that. We can put the same high-quality retaining wall and stucco the exterior to match their home. The stucco option is still very attractive and it gives them the additional space they're looking for but is less costly than a flagstone-covered wall."

Michael Kobold grew up in the local area, and his love for the San Ramon and the Tri-Valley area benefits his clients and the community. Now he and his wife and their two children live in Clayton CA. The family is very athletic and enjoys water sports together including wakeboarding and skiing. His daughter plays high school softball at a competitive level and his son, a freshman in college, plays lacrosse. Michael plays softball and coaches football, baseball and fast-pitch softball. He is also president of a local fast-pitch softball association that gives local high students an edge in college-prep women's softball.
