    My experience  was superb from the beginning to end. We had initially worked with him pertaining to renting out one of the units in our 2 family house and he did such an outstanding job that we again contacted him in regards to managing the same property. There were issues in regards to one of our tenants paying the correct amount of rent and also issues in regards to keeping on top of the billing for the house. He was able to step in and put our minds at ease. We received monthly statements that showed in detail of what was coming in and what bills we being paid. There were no hidden costs or fees and everything was spelled out. They were able to make the deposits right into our account so we didn't have to deal with the hassle of going to the bank.

    As good a job as they were doing my father is older and was residing in the first floor of the home, so due to circumstances beyond our control we had to list our home for sale. It was a no brainer that we would again be hiring him to handle the transaction. He was able to step in and assist the attorney with any questions he had. He went above and beyond listing our home on over 50 sites and putting it on two Multiple Listing Services. Once we listed the home for sale the tenant decided to not continue paying the rent. He was able to step in and get us an attorney for an extremely low price, they were able to swiftly get the tenant out so that it did not disrupt the closing of the home. Also most importantly he made certain that my father disrupted by the showings, but was still able to get us numerous high offers on our property."
