"I have had the pleasure of working with Thierry in the last three months in preparation and design of my new patios, Koi pond and landscaping. This new project is still in the first stage and Thierry has devoted many hours working with everyone including HOA requirements. "I can't say how pleased I am. Before calling we did a lot of research and read all of the reviews we could find.  I quickly found out that I wasn't going to be displeased with Thierry.

Of all the contractors I've worked with I've not enjoyed any more than him.  He made great suggestions and always took whatever time was necessary to answer my questions and make me comfortable with each phase of the construction. My lot had some complicated soil conditions.  Our property is 100% sand down 100' and we had to do some special things so the sand wouldn't cave in.  He knew exactly what to do and our pool turned out perfect.  This also meant that I should have followed his advice and put 5 to 6 inches of road base under the sidewalks.  Now that we've been using the pool almost daily for over a month we are more pleased with how well our pool was built.  The colors are naturally blending and the plaster is smoothing out beautifully."

"I decided to replace the existing koi pond in my backyard. Thierry was recommended to me by the previous owner of my house. We discussed what I wanted to have done, which also included removing overgrown landscaping in the yard and installing a flagstone path. We agreed on a price and as luck would have it, he was able to begin work on the project within a few days. He and his team worked very quickly, removing the old pond and building the new one in what seemed a record amount of time. Everything was completed in less than two weeks and I had the first few fish in the pond just a few weeks after that.

My pond is absolutely beautiful and I have not had a bit of trouble with it. The filtration equipment he installed maintains excellent water quality in the pond and my fish are healthy and growing well. I couldn't be happier with the work Thierry did for me and I highly recommend him."

I would just like to thank you the conversion you carried out to my pool. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Your teams of tradesmen were very tidy and professional. They were very accommodating when I changed my mind on a couple of aspects to the design; nothing was a problem for them to change.

Having seen the high standard of your tradesmen, I had no hesitation in asking for extra work to be carried out in lounge. As you know on your initial visit we had a lot of ideas about what we would like the pond looks, most very unpractical and ambitious. You advice on what would be more practical for our family was much appreciated. Your advice was to add the water fall and rocks round the pond to make it look beautiful.

"We have a very large Koi pond on our property, home to about 20 very large Koi. There are only a limited amount of businesses that specialize in this type of maintenance and we had used several before making connections with Southern California Landscape in 2006.
