"They replaced my roof in 2008 and did a great job. No complaints. Very efficient (they even suspended the job midway through on short notice so I could have an electrician deal with an unanticipated electrical problem), and a good rep who knew his stuff and could explain a lot of different options at different price points to help me make the right decision for my house. The roof had a ten year warranty that covers damage due to leaks.

When I recently had my house painted, the painter noticed some cracking around the facing of the roof sheet. I called Steve and he sent someone out the next business day (note this is five years later). He inspected the roof and made some minor preventative repairs even though there was no leakage yet so I wouldn't have problems going forward.
